Trailview Ski Lodge

Don’t waste your money. We planned a 3 night stay a few days after their «renovations» were completed. They didn’t have photos to share when making reservations because of the renovations happening at the time we booked. When we arrived to check in, the office reeked of cigarette smoke. We all smelled like smoke after spending 5 minutes checking in.
The «lodge» was terrible. The windows had see through curtains that didn’t even cover the entire window. Only one bedroom had blinds. The front door had a window with nothing — no blinds or curtains. The refrigerator was too big for the space. When you opened the door, you had to pull it hard enough to scrape past the wall. Worst of all, the lock on the back door was a joke. You could see the lock completely. There were three screws holding a metal plate (with holes so you could see parts of it) on the inside. You could shove the door from the outside and easily break the metal plate and open the door. The bedroom had a sliding glass for that didn’t lock at all. I could go on and on. The only good thing about this place was the location. It is the closest to paoli peaks. However, the 10 minute drive in either direction is TOTALLY worth it.
We returned our key and went to the French Lick Resort for less than half the price. We had to argue, but did end up getting a full refund.
