I had my first follow-up appointment yesterday. The doc got out the photos they took of my toenails back in January. Clearly progress has been made. The doc clipped my nails way back again with this most recent visit. There is barely anything left that shows that I had toenail fungus. My next appointment is in June. Probably my nails will be completely clear by then. I am going to continue to use the anti-fungal solution and cream, spray my shoes with Lysol from time to time, and that will probably be it. The cost for all of this is reasonable. The laser is really a piece of cake pain-wise. The appointments are brief. The people are friendly. The only thing that may have been a slight negative is I believe the pills I took during the first 30 days made it slightly uncomfortable to swallow for a couple weeks. Maybe it made something in my throat swell a little. But it was bearable. So if you’ve got toenail fungus, my advice to you is to just deal with it — before it gets worse and becomes a bigger problem. Forget about over-the-counter remedies. Declare all-out war. Go to some professionals like these guys and get the problem solved.
