The food is decent, really overpriced, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before you get your food. Id recommend ordering and picking up. Waitresses have always been real friendly.

Do not miss this place. Stride is to die for. Cream cheese and fresh sliced fruit. Apples. Peaches. Raspberries. Whichever you want. FILO dough. Size of regular serving would feed 2 or 3 people
Great food too. I had fried battered fish (cod) and freshly made onion rings. Full rings breaded on site. Fabulous taste
My husband loves his chili burger. Chili made with anazazi beans. A lighter taste. Lovely presentation. Hand patted burger ½ lb smothered in chili. Great cole slaw. Not sweet.
Iced tea freshly brewed. Unsweetened. The way we prefer it. Sweetener provided
Service the best ever!!! Friendly. Fast. Courteous. If you’re passing through town do not go anywhere else!

This is a mixed review. My in-​laws, my husband, and myself enjoyed a meal here last week, and there are certainly a few things to avoid on the menu, although the rest was fabulous. I had the French dip, never do this from this restaurant, it was one of the worst; with that being said the ham that comes with their breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. The ham was a nice sized portion, and pretty thick, which was nice. The pancakes are nice and fluffy and perfectly cooked, beautiful color. Biscuits and gravy is not on their menu but if you ask for it, they have it, and it’s good! The Cobb Salad is also a nice selection for a hot day.

This is a fairly new restaurant in Paonia. Lunch tables were all filled while we were there. My Fish and Chips were presented well but overdone and tough. The Onion Rings need to be fried in their own fresh oil. Hopefully these are just growing pains as I enjoyed the experience anyway.
