I was told about this little gem while I was in Crested Butte. The recommendation was «owned by a Polish lady who keeps it super-​clean.» Boy and howdy! She sure did. Rooms were generous, plenty of area to walk dog, everything very clean.
They do not have cell service except AT&T. We had to drive to Hotchkiss to call our daughter-​units and couldn’t reach one, but we texted where we were at and said daughter-​unit called us on the motel’s landline.
Again, I caught on that tourism is way down this year and it is a struggle in these small out of the way towns.
