Rainbows shine on Jennifers’ advanced Purna Yoga wisdom and application (direct relationship with Founders (Aadil/Savitri~Alive and Shine,(Yoga Centers) Bellevue, WA.) Jennifer is a gem among much rubble in yoga studios. With precise yet safe instruction, she directs individuals to move beyond outer world straight into nourishing practice and joyful equanimity (all the while– from the world on a mat).
