So. I had bought a Amazon local deal for gutter cleaning — months ago.
I tried to schedule it with them a dozen times — only once did I get an answer at all and the guy took down my number and promised to call back — which he did not.
Today, it was getting close to expiring, so I tried again. Now the phone not only was not answered, but also was unconfigured. And their Facebook is gone. And their website is gone. And they had marked my voucher as «Used”(!?)
Happily, Amazon, like they do, took care of everything for me and issued a prompt refund.
So, yeah. They suck.
And as a veteran myself — they super-​suck — since they play the whole «we’re veterans, we have integrity, blah, blah, blah…», BS.
They get + one star for not being associated with HomePride.
