This place have the worst customer service. They will only help you if you’re setting up a new account and if you’re switching to a different company or just wanna cancel your current cox account they WILL NOT help you. I called at least 14 times to get someone to finally pick up the phone and when I tell them I need to cancel my account, they told me to hold for a couple seconds and then they disconnect the line, and when I call again after that, they never answer.

Long wait despite full staffing. Takes entirely too long to help customers. Unable to answer simple questions, like setting up a VPN. Then told I can’t after calling in for help. Why can’t I have a service that’s standard everywhere else?

Monterey, CA
Not a big fan of Cox, but if you want anything done, go to this store or call them rather then calling the main line. The store offers way better product deals that are not listed or are hidden somewhere on their website.
