Update: Was told the same things by 2 different salesmen and it was wrong. If I wouldn’t have followed would have been charged $ 200. The customer service here is awesome! They explained everything in detail to make sure we knew exactly what was going to happen and what we needed to do to get the best deal possible. Only issue is they can’t do certain things and you have to call customer care which is never a good time as you wait on hold forever. This will probably be my go to sprint store if any issues come up.

Just moved over from Verizon in Bellevue and we are one big happy family. Customer service is like night and day. I felt like I walked into an apple store. These techs/reps are VERY knowledgeable. They even make the Sprint store in Bellevue look bad. We had a hiccup at first, they charged us an activation fee even though the store said that it would be waived but, it was quickly resolved. More than what I can say for Verizon. Plus, I noticed a considerably better reception now also, they have more phone/plans to choose from and more importantly, much cheaper. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. We have been sprint customers for 15 years. My wife talked to one of the managers about a broken phone and the best way to replace it. The manage looked at our current plan and told us the best deal would be to change the plan and add a line and an iPad. And our cost would drop. My wife told him that we didn’t need another iPad because we had two already. He said the only way to do it was add the line and the iPad. He assured her that it would cost less. So she did. First bill comes and its a partial bill and it seemed high. She called Sprint and they said it was because of the activation costs, the next one would be lower. The first full bill comes and it cost more than what we paid. Turns out we didn’t need to get the iPad only the phone. She goes back into the store to talk to Chad and he says he can’t do anything. Now we’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. HORRIBLE!!! He is a MANAGER! How can someone be a manager and not understand the plans or outright lie. Would not recommend this store to anyone. If we don’t get it fixed over the phone, we will be changing service provides as soon as we can do it without incurring a penatly.
