Okay, you said our item would ship UPS right after Labor Day.
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell, two weeks later and still no delivery makes one suspect. A phone call regarding YOUR problem with shipping would have been nice, but NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, we had to phone YOU to find out that YOU had an issue with UPS.
