Okay, you said our item would ship UPS right after Labor Day. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell, two weeks later and still no delivery makes one suspect. A phone call regarding YOUR problem with shipping would have been nice, but NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, we had to phone YOU to find out that YOU had an issue with UPS. Customer SERVICE people. Buyer beware ~ HOLDONTOYOURRECEIPT. Artists beware, your creations are having a difficult time getting to their purchaser’s homes if they cannot be carried home.
