This is my favorite annual event. The cocktail competition, the décor, the auction items, the crowd, the interaction with the chefs & staff, and the food… oh my lord, the food… it’s all fabulous! A quick lowdown is that each table is assigned a US city and a restaurant. The restaurant devises a menu and cocktail and/or wine pairing that best represents their assigned city and decorates the table accordingly. The dishes are prepared tableside with serious love. The proceeds go to end childhood hunger(ie: support school meal programs, etc.) and the atmosphere is always just beautiful. If you’re on event overload like most of Phoenix/Scottsdale, this is the one event that should absolutely make your short list every year!
