Conversation was nice, communication was clear, price was lower than expected.
However, having hair textured shouldn’t leave you with a 3″ gap in the middle of your forehead.
I came there to get a bad cut fixed: and ended up a bit worse off than when I walked in. The catch was, my hair was combed to hide the gap. Well played.
Disappointed upon arriving home and seeing the actual result.
Now my hair is too short to fix a second time.

Called and got appointment same day. Requested a stylist that was good with curly/​wavy hair, and was told that all stylists would work. I was looking for an easy to maintain, natural hairstyle. I explained my hair’s tendency to be straight in some areas and curly in others to the stylist, and I asked if stylist wanted to dry cut first but she declined. Ended up with 2 poof balls on the sides of my head where my hair curls more. Now my hair will be pulled back until the top layers grow out or I will have to use heat to correct. Not sure that their knowledge of curly hair is what they think it is.

I will only go to one salon to cut my hair. Great place wonder people. Good price. I have very curly hair and i will only tell Tonya cut it or dye my hair, she is very trustworthy, honest.

Morgan and Madison are just the best stylists. They’re quick and have great prices. I followed them from PKs and I’m so glad they moved because the salon is very nice. They both work Friday — Sunday, which is super convenient for busy people.

Had Tonia. She was very friendly and exceeded my expectations. Really professional, asked if I used a lot of products and how I usually wear my hair, cut and styled based on what I said. Really happy to have found a new place to have my hair cut.

I went to this place based on the reviews on Unilocal.Not sure why this place is so highly rated. Mediocre skills. Pricey, and the staff I encountered were not as friendly as everyone here has mentioned. Perhaps they are really friendly to folks they know. They were a bit indifferent, certainly not smiling. My stylist seemed bored and to be going through the motions.

Best hair salon in Paradise, the ladies that work here are full of great energy and smiles. I’ve been having Debbie cut and dye my hair for years. I do live in Santa Cruz but i will travel 4hrs just so she can do my hair. Also they have a nice selection of magazines and hair styling books if you are feeling indecisive. And a big plus is this place is very sanitary and clean! So if you live in this area i suggest you make this your new hair salon
