Having run 2 flooring companies… They were leery of accepting my measurements, as they should be, they did a job for me and all went well. I always remeasured when a customer came to me with their own measurements. I have done thousands of measures and convinced them not to waste their time. They were in and out., on time with a courtesy call when they were on their way.
Shaw products and decent prices. I knew what I wanted and they went straight to it. No BS.

In February and March, Blaine installed new carpet in my living room, master suite, four closets, hall, and office. He was willing to do this in three appointments because I was also removing acoustical ceiling and painting, while living in the house. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of different kinds of carpet. I’ve been using Blaine for more than 10 years. He has also done laminate in the kitchen and dining room of my house, and vinyl in my rental. His price is always competitive (yes, I’ve always gotten at least one other bid), he’s always prompt, and he cleans up after working. He’s so good, he’s booked up four to six weeks in advance! I had to postpone my project three weeks because I wanted him to do the work.

I have used Dicks for many years with great results. Blaine is a great installer for all types of flooring. He has provided and installed at my three investment properties as well as 2 different primary residences. As a long time general contractor I know what I am looking at. Its a great Job with good pricing and service

Blaine and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. They have helped us to complete a large job that needed to be broken down into four smaller jobs to lessen the disruption of our employees and residents. They were helpful in the design, timeline and keeping within budget. But most importantly Blaine became part of our team and worked within our llimitations as well as becoming the entertainment for our 48 residents.
We will definitely be using them for all our flooring needs.
