I was shocked to read any Bad reviews about Dream Makers, because I have faithfully followed this Salon for about 20 years, and I have never witnessed anything but exemplary behavior from them all! I personally feel a sense of Humanity in their Salon, and the best part is, I never fail to receive compliments from strangers about my Hair Style!

Dream makers is the best. The staff is always friendly, open to my ideas, and continually crack me up. I get my hair done by Fran, who is a complete babe and always does a great job– but I’ve seen the other ladies work and it always looks awesome. I got my hair dyed a few years ago here and the color lasted forever and my hair’s texture was preserved throughout the process. I’m always getting compliments on my cut, I’m definitely going to continue getting my hair done there.

Do not go to this salon. My hair turned out the complete opposite of what I wanted. She still charged me for it, and then when I went in to fix it she completely ruined it. My hair was so damaged. To top it all off, they bad mouth clients. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional.

Love this place! They always do a great job with cut and color. Love April and Chelsea does a really top notch job on nails. I usually get a pedicure. Anyway, everyone is always really nice and they do great work!

My hair was RUINED at this salon! A woman named Lillen cut & colored my hair. Within one week, it broke off at the roots leaving a fringe of short hair that could not be disguised. The hair that remained, continues to have the texture of steel wool, and is yellowish– green in color. Add to that, a chemical stink which is still there 5 months later! I wrote a letter to her describing my bad experience, and got no response. This made me mad enough to ask for a refund. I wrote a letter (to the owner this time) asking for a refund. I got the refund, but not a word of apology. This is why I am writing this review. A simple apology would have made all the difference.
