Since 2002 I have been buying and selling items at Jeannie’s. They keep track of things so well, even when they have odd bits and pieces of my stuff — jewelry, rabbit cages, to name just a couple. It’s fun to do business with Jeannie’s, too. Everyone who works there from Carol, the owner, to her entire staff are upbeat and friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things.

i actually love this store. i’ve been shopping here for about 4 years now and i drive 1.5 hours to do so. BUT, i will be taking a break because the last 2 times i’ve been, the owner (yes, the owner) has been extremely rude. all the employees are helpful and nice. if you want major attitude, try asking the owner how much an item is that doesn’t have a price on it. i understand everyone has a bad day, but geeezzz. all i wanted was to spend some money at her store and she’s making me, the customer, feel like an idiot for asking how much it costs? total bummer she doesn’t understand how important customer service still is because i really did love shopping there. i guess i’ll use the gas money i’ve been spending to drive there in another store.

I was extremely unhappy with an estate sale that was presented by this business. There was no accountability. Very unprofessional. What I was told and what actually happened we’re two different things. I regret using Jeannie’s Consignment. I would never use them again or refer anyone to them. I should have read the contract better before signing it, instead of believing what was said. I would put no stars, but it won’t post this without marking at least one star.

Bought two recliners here. good chairs $ 150 each, good price. FYI they do have roaming cats and caged birds so if you have allergies, keep that in mind. not a concern to me.

I’ve lived in Butte county for over 15 years and have been going to Jeannie’s since they were in their old location on the Skyway. Very nice people who allow customers to browse. Good prices. Antique and vintage. Furniture. Household. I don’t thrift and antique shop as much as I used to. I just don’t need anything. But anyone who enjoys browsing and buying will enjoy this place. You can find some great deals there.
