Nor Cal Motorcycles

I am a fan! I purchased a scooter locally that came with bald tires, so, not wanting to ride 15 miles to Chico, I called Nor Cal. They quoted me $ 120 to replace both tires with the new ones I had purchased on-​line. Turned out the entire rear assembly of the scoot (swing-​arm, muffler, heat shield) would all have to be removed to install the new tire. Still kept to the listed quote. Rode out of there like a champ. Honest folks to do business with. Even figured out how to open the seat using the key (I’m not much for reading manuals). Good job.

The guys at NorCal Motorcyles are some of the best to work with. No HD drama shit with them. Experience and Knowledge that comes with Smile! Robb will work on anything. Eric has many years experience in the Parts Dept. These guys went the extra mile for me when my Harley was having issues. I had an insurance claim and they worked great with my insurance company and their adjuster. It took a bit longer than I had expected due to the fact that some of my parts were no longer available so they upgraded the parts and all work was covered by my insurance company. Needless to say I was very satisfied and appreciated the fact that NorCal Motorcycles went the distance with the insurance company to make it happen. THANK YOU ROBB AND ERIC FOR EVERYTHING!
