Absolutely the best customer service!
And so kind and helpful.
I came in with my senior neighbor to help her get her refill changes from a list the local clinic doctor made and gave her, and boy, did they make MAJOR errors in listing the right medications for her! MAJOR!
But sweet Amber saw our confusion and came right over and just jumped in and took control and spent much of her valuable time on the phone to straighten it all out. Then writing up a simple list for my neighbor to understand and take with her. Now how great is that? Can’t get much better can you? The wiliness of this small pharmacy to help like that makes them so special above the big chain guys. They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know all was straightened out for my neighbor. WOW.
No wonder they are getting the 5 star treatment here. Deserved.

Just transferred all our meds from Walgreens this morning. Amber was great helping with that and getting a script filled. After years of Walgreens, I was surprised to get the new script done in minutes vs hours to days. They also seem to be cheaper than Walgreens, oddly enough.
Everyone in the store was friendly and ready to help as people walked into the store. I can’t wait to try out their delivery service! And, it’s a local business, so I’m feeling really good about the switch.

This place is AWESOME! The people working here are great too. They worked really closely with my mother on getting her medications right & on schedule when she got out of the hospital. They made adjustments when her insurance didnt cover her meds & helped her save $.
