The apartments at 1060 Buschmann are THE WORST!!! The managers are absolutely horrible… very verbally abusive and get some sort of sick pleasure out of intimidating the poor elderly tenants. My family just recently moved out of there after living there for only 2 months. They lived in such fear of this husband and wife team that they were completely miserable. Not only are they mean and abusive to the residents, they were also verbally abusive to myself, my sister as well as the movers who were there to move my family. The husband uses the most foul language you’ve ever heard to the point that I was feeling afraid as well. I will most definitely be contacting whomever it is that I need to contact to file complaints about this couple. No matter how desperate you might be, please DO NOT rent an apartment at this complex!!!
