Called. Sounded off, distracted. Didn’t even know what Pandora charms were. Didn’t know the name Pandora at all.

I have been a customer here for five years. I have purchased a gold chain, had silverware repaired, rings resized, and items cleaned and repaired. He does great work with jewelry, at a fair price. He actually has not charged me to clean my rings, make them round again, and fix my earrings. Yesterday I bought a beautiful silver and amber bracelet that I could not have found anywhere else. I sure don’t understand the bad review here, maybe they got the wrong place. Year over year I have had excellent service here. I feel lucky I know a reputable and fair jeweler to go to!

AVOID THIS PLACE! ZERO STARS! The jeweler’s same day service speaks for itself… he must not have enough work when he can «size» a ring in an hour. Basically paid this guy $ 75 to almost completely destroy a $ 1200 engagement ring. Bent the shank out of round and made all six channel set side diamonds loose, this was after TWO attempts to size the ring. Took it to Sierra Gem, and they repaired it. TWO other jeweler’s said they’ve never seen anyone size a ring like this guy had, and if he bent it anymore than he had I would’ve needed a new setting. Go to Sierra Gem if you want to stay on the ridge. And if you don’t know how to size a certain type of setting when you’re questioned about the shape/​type, just say so… don’t take somebody’s money, screw it up, and say that everything was good with it… wouldn’t give this guy another chance.

Great guy, quality work. I’ve had my rings cleaned there for years and he’s also done complicated repair work on my diamond ring, other rings and other jewelry. He also created a beautiful necklace for my husband to give to me for Christmas. It was so pretty!

My boyfriend (now fiancé) got my ring from this jeweler and it’s beautiful! My fiancé said he created the ring custom with the gentleman that runs the store. His experience was fantastic! The stone is flawless and extremely sparkly.
I had to get it resized so I dropped into the store one day. He immediately resized my ring at no cost and I picked it up an hour later. He also said he would clean it any time at no cost. I am thrilled with the experience and we are going to go back for our wedding bands.
