Best place in town to get items screen printed or embroidered I got both services done and they were both great and finished quickly.

dropped off 7 things to be embroidered, only 2 were done right. They messed up 5 of my items, ruining them so i’m not only out the cost of those items but also what it cost to have them embroidered. One of the items was supposed to say «mother of the groom,» they embroidered, «mother of the bride» so apparently they completely disregard instructions and write whatever they want. If someone’s paying to have something embroidered, why be so careless? I wrote down what we wanted and went over it with the employee who also wrote it down so it’s beyond frustrating that it was such a big mistake that can’t be fixed. They didn’t tell us they ruined our items when we picked up, the box was closed and on top were the two that were done correct so at first glance, I thought all was well but I did think it was weird that they gave us a $ 10 discount. That discount doesnt make up for the 5 $ 25 items they ruined. Never go here for embroidery.
