I recently purchased a handgun from PSG. My experience with Kandi, Keith and Jack was awesome. They all were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Keith is exceptionally knowledgeable in the gun department. I was very impressed with the gun selection and the pricing. I thought I was going to spend a lot more than I did. I definitely will be making future purchases with them.

I should have read reviews prior to going here. What a waste of my time, and other reviews about pricing, selection and customer service were correct– the manager «Kandi» is a … Well, let’s just say she was rude as heck and has no idea what good customer service is. Not have except for the rude, obnoxious way I was treated by the manager. Also, after reading a review by another, I did indeed go down the street to CW Enterprises on Wagstaff and was pleasantly surprised by the owners customer service as well as his prices and selection of items. I found a great deal on a gun and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I could give this place no stars.

I love Paradise Sporting Goods ! Yes, they may be a few bucks more expensive but I don’t mind supporting local businesses around here. I have purchased 3 guns from them (Mossberg 500 Turkey Slam, Mossberg 590a1 LE, and a Beretta Px4 Storm) and all of the transactions were smooth and on time as promised.
There was a recent incident that thoroughly impressed me from a customer service standpoint. A mother and her son came in complaining about how a new gun they had purchased had been shot multiple times before they picked it up. Long story short, Kandy (super nice) gave them every option in the book to try and resolve the issue (money back, extra ammo for the inconvenience etc. etc.) The fact of the matter is she did not have to if she did not want to. The customers son was a know it all who did not know it all. Lol.
I can tell you a few things why :
1. People who work at a gun store don’t need to fire customer weapons as they have plenty of their own.
2. Nobody wanted to fire that pea shooter they called a gun anyway.
3. If they wanted a better gun they should have gone with a brand that was better.
4. In the end they kept the gun anyway after all that hassle so if they were really that upset they would have just returned it.
Anyway that is my review and I will continue to do business there ! They also started carrying receivers so all those AR builders head over if you are having a hard time finding them anywhere else. They are a rarity these days.

Really awesome place! They were very helpful and had everything I needed! We have got 3 weapons from there!

Decent fishing lure selection but expensive, I bought a reel there cause they had what I needed and I was leaving soon after, check the price other places had for same item, I paid double MSRP. Should have gone to Chico sportsman den.

If you’re into paintball, don’t come here. Their CO2 is expensive and they are out of it 90% of the time.

1. Overpriced — some thing are marked up as much as 50% compared to other stores.
2. Unfriendly
