Let’s just start by stating the obvious — lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The remodel, although nice doesn’t fix the inherent staffing issues and the poorest customer service by miles around. It’s as if the staff are trained to look straight past you or at the floor before offering a semi-​amount of customer service. And just when did a large pizza cost jump to $ 35? Steering clear of this place from now on.

Honestly? Most bland, over-​priced, boring, scantily clad ingredient pizza I’ve ever eaten! I spent thirty dollars on a four-​topping medium pizza that I couldn’t even taste! I actively counted about two to three pieces of each ingredient per slice. The cheese was tasteless, sauces were tasteless, lackluster in every way. I’m ashamed of myself for spending my money here. Give me my money back! Pure chain restaurant shit. And I should mention that my pizza was just about cold when it arrived. The polite delivery driver called me because she couldn’t find my home, yet I gave very detailed instructions on the phone about the location of my house, so I’m assuming whoever took my order didn’t deliver those. At least the driver was nice. I’m giving stars for the decent beer in the bar, although half of the bartenders I’ve had are reading instructions as they make simple, common cocktails on their menu.

Since the recent remodel, I kept hearing lots of positive comments about this place among my friends. So, I had to check it out. Chad, the manager, runs a great team who provide excellent service. The food is yummy. The atmosphere provides a relaxing and upbeat sports bar feel BUT families are welcome and comfortable as well! Viola! Perfect in Paradise! This is not your ordinary Round Table! Keep up the great work, Chad and team! Check it out peeps!

Believe it or not this place has GREAT burgers! Pizza is mediocre. The thing with the burgers is you have to eat it right away. If you get a burger & cant eat it untill anything longer than a hr the burger will be soggy. Also the burgers are huge.
The salad bar is good but basic… worth the price.
The staff however, could be friendlier & a little faster.
The place is clean & has a small arcade for fun.

Pizza was garbage. Customer service was 50.50. Half the staff didn’t care the other half ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. The arcade room is a nice idea but too small
there product is not nearly good enough to justify the pricing. I think next time I’ll just save my money and stay home. With the new remodel at least attempt to hold higher standards with your employees…

Hit and miss last time I ordered the crust was not cooked. Never ate inside always delivery and it was either on time or early. Not a bad driver experience just the cooks.

Not impressed. Pizza was okay but the salad bar had very few options and was way too expensive for what you get. I’ve also had trouble getting through when trying to call in an order for delivery and then the delivery itself took almost an hour. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Made an order to pickup. My wife made the ordered and I went in to pick it up on the way home. When I got there they asked for the coupon my wife had entered online. I told them I didn’t have it. The person behind the counter was very rude and asked for her supervisor to come over and had him remove the coupon from my order. The supervisor was very unprofessional looking and was having inappropriate workplace conversations the whole time. Pizza was just ok. I am in process of contacting their corporate office and writing a complaint.

Great pizza, fast & free 20/​Mbs Wi-Fi…The customer service is good. I just really wish they didn’t get rid of the buffet!!! But all around good place.

Pizza not that hot, burnt on one side. But the price was higher by $ 2.00 as posted on the corporate RT Pizza price site. As told to me it’s franchise, no kidding! So price instead of being 14.99 less the $ 2.00 coupon was almost 16.00, not happy with price or product.
Mountain Mike’s will be the next stop in future.
