Cheaper is not always better.
They do NOT take appointments. This is very inconvenient for me personally when I have to be at work at a certain time. There were a couple times they never showed and I ended up having to call Paradise Taxi to get to work. (they gladly take appointments)
I am also not a fan of the vans. That’s all they have. Sometimes I feel more comfortable in a car, but they don’t have that option.
It’s also scary to hear through the grapevine that one of their vans is uninsured. Maybe that’s why they’re advertising that they are so much cheaper? Be careful out there, you guys.

Prompt and professional. The guy that took us from Paradise to Chico was super nice and the price was reasonable. Nice to have a comfortable and air conditioned ride in a mini van on a hot day!

Had great service with these guys! Was great for our group of 6 in one cab and the driver cool and friendly. Cheap too. Haven’t used the other guys but I’d take these guys again for sure!
