They were extremely rude to me. They didn’t explain why my smog failed, and they wanted to charge me a fortune to work on my vehicle, and wouldn’t explain what they would be doing. Also they planned to charge fully for the second smog, which most places will do it again if you have the work done there. They also made me wait for a very long time without warning. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, nor will I return.
