So I stupidly tried this awful shop. Terrible service. Again. They turned me away… come back 30 minutes. I came back. Again, come back in 30 minutes. Don’t know why I tried again.

This place is horrible! Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Anything creative is a joke if you want nail art. They can’t even do a straight line. They talk about you the entire time and over charge you for crap service. Never going back!

NO. Make an appointment and be ignored then you can go back and be ignored again and if you’re as simple as I was go for the 3rd ignore. Don’t waste your time call your ex if you need to be disrespected.

Do not come here when they get busy. The seat you because they want the money but provide you with the worst service. I championed this place when it opened, now I am highly disappointed.

Spent over 3 hours here for a pedicure and new set!!! Pedicure was fine but i waited another hour before they started my nails. Ugh and now after less than a week I already need a fill because of how poorly done my nails were done. She didnt even trim my nails before applying the fake tips! I realized this too late and i dont think she even realized what a terrible job she was doing. So now I have gaps between my natural nail and the acrylic. If the man didnt step in and complete her acrylic job for me my nails would look completely butchered! If there is a next time i would go to him but i am not coming here again. What a waste. Im writing this in such annoyance that it hasnt been a week and my nails are already beginning to look like complete shit.

Started going there 2 years ago and the owner was horrible, rude and it was a terrible experience. Went to a salon in Chico and found out that it was owned by a relative and so many people complained that they made changes. Now the people there are so nice and the pedicures are wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
