It’s your average Chili’s franchise. The food is good. The drinks are mixed well. The staff has always been friendly and done well at their job. Being able to use your card at your seating area is a plus.

This Chili’s (and the chain in general) has changed a lot over the last year. The food is not as fresh, the servings are smaller, and the price is higher. Service and atmosphere have gotten worse and I don’t enjoy visiting here anymore.

2 for 20 deal is nice for those on a budget. Had the guacamole dip and chicken fajitas and margarita chicken. Service was good and fresh. waiter seemed new at the job

We ended up calling their corporate to complain and received a 20 $ voucher. When we went back to eat we sat in the dining area and our server was great, even with my wife’s ‘Harry met Sally’ way of ordering her food :)
