Let me start by saying that I have a big head… lol…before visiting them I went to several stores and i had no luck finding a Sombrero to fit me and at a good price.
When I visited this store, both ladies took the time to show me different options. explain me the difference between a Sombrero and a tejana… after 30 mins trying sombreros, I was able to find one. They made it fit me perfect and gave me a discount. I left with a super nice Sombrero.
Their customer was 5 stars… I will let everybody know about this store

This time I buy a pair of boots at this location, by far they have the best prices around. The only thing is that if you want a great price you have to be willing to negotiate and come back a few days later I order to get the price that you want, usually about $ 30 – 40 less. 4 stars because they could do better with their costumers.

My aunt was looking for cowboy boots. I had taken her to several other stores. She found what she was looking for here. They have several styles of boots and shoes made from real leather in this store. The ladies working at the store were very helpful. The prices are lower than the chain western wear stores.

After searching high and low for cowboy boots that were a bit different than the norm I made the trek to Paramount from Chino, CA and let me tell you it was sooooo worth it. I found beautiful Cuadra boots that are so soft and beautiful I plan on wearing them all summer. I had read the reviews for this store and I was in a similar situation. My best friends birthday at a country western bar and I am so not a country girl. I don’t own boots and went to all the other big brand stores where by the way, wasn’t even greeted when I I walk in. I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the dough but the ladies at the store especially Blanca, were very sincere and showed me different styles and price ranges. I went with a higher range but am so happy with my investment. Thank you Guadalajara Boots.

Being invited to a Western theme birthday party meant I spending money because I don’t own any cowboy boots. So I searched high and low. I really didn’t want to spend a lot of money on some cowboy boots because I knew I wouldn’t wear them often. I would have been completely satisfied with some synthetic cowboy boots, but after driving across town, I didn’t find any. Well I succumbed to spending $ 86 on leather cowboy boots.
I came two times here. My first visit, I didn’t stay long or didn’t even look much because when I was told that the cheapest pair of boots they had were $ 79, I said, «Nope, no thank you!». I guess I was hoping to luck up on some synthetic cowboy boots at an ALL leather western wear store lol. The young lady was really sweet and helpful, nonetheless.
So the next day, the day of the party, I still couldn’t find any synthetic cowboy-​looking boots, so I gave in and decided to go ahead and purchase some leather cowboy boots, and I knew exactly where I was going to go– Botas Guadalajara! I walked in and the young lady and I’m assuming the older lady was her mother said, «You’re back?!». They led me to the $ 79 women boots. They had a mass selection of $ 79 boots. They didn’t have my size but they had some very similar looking men boots in my size. Score! They are really cute, and I would wear them often.
Botas Guadalajara has a wide selection of Mexican-​made leather boots, shoes, belts, and western wear clothing at a reasonable price. This will be my go-​to spot for leather cowboy boots in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly Blanca, and a great selection of various brands of Mexican-​made cowboy boots ranging from top-​quality/​expensive to good quality/​affordable. I visit the store each time I come to L.A. to see what’s new and I generally end up making a purchase.

I called here asking if they had a specific item I was told they have tons of them. When I got there they had none. I felt that I had been duped by the guy on the phone. I don’t like being lied to especially if I am driving from far away.
I must admit that they have some good stuff at a fair price though. They did have a lot of Western wear and some fun clothes. A great selection of Cowboy Boots and hats.
Just don’t go in there looking for a specific item or believing the salesman.
