The ABSOLUTE WORST Management I’ve ever had! They don’t attend to your needs or the apts needs. They don’t even know what they’re talking about. The manager is always saying «I understand I understand» it’s like NO you don’t otherwise we wouldn’t be here speaking about this situation and problem! I’ve complained many times before
Of our condition the apt had came up with such as rodents and roach problems. They never sent anyone out for that so we ended up trying to fix it ourselves. Keep in mind I’m a single
Mother with a 2 year old daughter so I needed it fixed ASAP! Never did they once send anyone. Within the 2 years I’ve lived there, a leak in the ceiling from the rain caused a huge hole in the bedroom ceiling and they never came to fix it. Someone came to just look at it but never came back. Toilet had leaks also. I couldn’t stand them anymore I was pretty much forced to move out. What kind of management is that? I even went into their office to write about it because the manager is «always out» or «always out of town». Grow up and take care of your tenants! We are the ones that are keeping y’all in business! It’s the worst ever! I wouldn’t recommend renting from Days & Associates ever to anyone!!! They don’t even deserve the one stupid star I had to choose. Haha it’s Effin ridiculous how quick they are to take your deposit money too when I moved out. Charged me for cleaning? Because that’s standard procedure that’s bullshit. All the money I put into that apt to make it a better living place for my daughter and I and they still want to take more money to accommodate themselves. Not just that but also the next tenant. I left that apt in better condition then when I first moved in and I had to pay for it HAHA absolutely ridiculous. I’m so GLAD I’m finally out of their shit and I would NEVER rent from them ever again. I don’t understand how they’re still in business… Probably bullshitting their way through everyone. Get out while you still can.

Honestly this property management company never knows what they are talking about part of me thinks that none of them have even gotten a GED especially when it comes to customer service. I mean I guess it’s too hard for these women to even remember the unit or remembering someone is already turned in an application. Oh yeah on top of that they tell you that one unit is available when you get there it’s completely under construction and then they tell you the other one is available but you can’t see it ! FRUSTRATING! Literally the worst property management company I have dealt with over the phone.

only been moved in for three weeks and already had discovered my apartment is roach infested (I’m completely bitten up all over my body, had to do to the hospital and have them checked because they are DARK BROWN blotches on my skin), the dishwasher is flooded and broken. Been calling since DAY ONE about the problem, and waited home from work several days because they where «sending someone to fix it» (no one showed up) just went outside to do my laundry and our washers and dryers and locked down… soooooooo apparently the only thing I can actually do in my apartment is sit in it. god forbid you have to wash anything… I’m ready to break my lease. DO NOT rent from these clowns

By far the worst rental management company I have ever experienced. Items within the apartments have not been fixed or upgraded during the 6yrs I lived in one of their buildings. They are extremely unresponsive and slow to address matters of safety or functionality within their properties. However, are quick to ask for money or raise the rent. Shelia is extremely unprofessional and rude. The representatives that handle the phones are rude and do not provide follow-​up on important matters. This company is a law suit waiting to happen.

Very poorly managed company. Listed rental in CL and when I entered the dwelling in the evening, there were roaches! Do not deal with Reeve, who is on another planet. Anyway, when I called Day & Associates, to close a deal, I was told several hours later that it was already rented out! I had already given my thirty days’ notice to my landlord. So, on that very same day, I found another property listed on CL and closed the deal without any INCOMPETENT «property management» middle men. It was meant to be, I have a much nicer landlord and a beautiful neighborhood. IN OTHER WORDS, STAY AWAY FROM DAY & ASSOCIATES!

I wish negative starts was an option honestly they have the worst costumer service in the world they don’t give a shit about the tenants that pay rent monthly if your apartment is flooding they give you the bull shit run around about expecting phone calls when you call them directly on regular business hours the people answering the phones are extremely rude and not educated in talking to people these are the worst managers in the world DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!

Days and Associates is a very good company of rental properties, the service that they have given me when I wanted to rent has been excellent, the staff are very efficient and professional, recommend it to those who are in search of their services.

Do not rent from Days and Associates! They are the absolute worst management company I’ve been under or heard of! The office staff is very unprofessional and lie to you or obscure information when it comes to repairs or pest control. We live a clean lifestyle and a few months into our rental agreement we were infested with cockroaches! They did nothing about the matter after countless attempts at trying to rid of them. They have zero regard for their tenants!

This management company is the absolute worse. Please don’t have anything go wrong with your unit because it will be hell getting it fixed. Additionally, the whole office staff is unprofessional, rude, and have the time doesn’t even tell you their name. They have no emergency number for after hours repairs either. the unit was totally new when I moved in but have cosmetic repair that were required due to poor workmanship. I too plan to move when my lease is up and i am 100% sure I will have a fight getting my deposit back.

I wish ZERO stars were an option. Let me say I have no issues with my rental. My issue is with the unprofessional, uneducated and unorganized people that work here. A few of they guys that work here are competent and professional however the female receptionist sounds and behaves like a chola. The WORST person who works here is the manager Sheylla. She NEVER seems to be there. doesn’t return emails or calls. when she does respond, she is rude and cannot even spell or use proper grammar. I am shocked that she still works here. She talks down to tenants and thinks she is on some high horse because she manages a crappy small office in the hood. Sorry lady, you’re 40 making 12 bucks an hour at most. Get over yourself and get and education and do your job! I plan on writing a full complaint to my building’s owner and to who ever runs this office to let them know how horrible there manager Sheylla is. I love my apartment and take care of my own repairs since they never return my calls about any issues but HATE the lack of professionalism by this lady.

Just tried to view a property they had listed and was extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional manner in which they took my call. Receptionist kept trying to rush me off the phone and finally hung up on me. I’ll gladly rent elsewhere.

We lived at the complex for a year before Day and Associates took over management. We liked the way things ran before this transition because the on-​site manager was available anytime we needed anything. We could also drop off rent right to his door. Now with Day, we have to mail our rent in to Paramount or drive to drop it off at their office. We also have to call for any problems. Luckily nothing major has happened. I called because the garbage disposal was grinding and did not sound right and they tried to tell me over the phone that I needed a new one! My boyfriend gently reached in and felt around and discovered something was stuck inside. Another time we needed a plumber for the bathroom sink and he called me to tell me when he would be in the area. I had told the office that I would not be available at all during that time and he got mad at ME for their poor communication.
I feel for any complex that gets stuck with this management company. They are not bad as long as you do not need anything repaired. Get renters insurance because I have a feeling they will give you some push back if anything breaks in the unit and they want you to foot the bill.

This management company is terrible at doing business. Every time you need a matter resolved you are told that you need to speak to their manager who so happens to never be in the office. They don’t return your calls or deposits either

HORRIBLE customer service. We are so moving so we don’t have to deal with these BAFOONS any longer. DO NOT rent a property from this agency (at least not from the Paramount location).
