First timer today, the wait was about 2 & a half hours but well worth it! Mimi did exactly what j wanted. I have never had a better job with my claws. Good prices too she also stayed 30 mins after closing time to finish my picky nails lol

If you have time and want your nails well done come here. All the staff is very proffesional clean and great! I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and this place is the best. I always do gel manicure and it can last up to a month looking great (busy with work, cant come too often). I try to get my nails done every 2weeks. Ki is awesome with pedi as well as Sam, and Mimi shes awesome! Always makes sure my nails end up looking great. She also does waxing and is very good too.

This place sucks and there customer service is terrible. I recommend nails and lashes by Ashly on paramount and Jackson. On the same plaza as Ross, Starbucks and Baskin Robbins. I would give them zero stars but I can’t so they don’t even deserve this one star.

I love coming here!!! I’ve been going to get my nails done with Mimi for a year now! I am there every 2 – 3 weeks with my mom waiting for Mimic to fix our nails and every time it’s well worth the wait! The great thing is that she will only do appointments now so the wait time won’t be as long but even if she didn’t change it is would still wait for her! Mimi takes her time to clean the nails and file them and even fix broken nails. I love going to get my nails done here and so does my mom.

The gel polish will last, however you will get rushed service and if Mimi is doing your nails expect her to be very rude. She will want to pick your color and the service you should get done. Will not be coming here EVER AGAIN!!!

This salon is amazing! Kai did my gel pedicure! Mimi did my gel manicure and fixed my one broken nail! The end result is fantastic! I am being honest here. Their customer service is superb esp. Kai! Plus, all my cuticles are perfectly removed and my nails perfectly shaped! Thank you !!! Will be def. be back here
Also $ 48 bucks for gel manicure, gel pedicure and fixing a broken nail (with arcylic). Cant beat that!

I have been coming here for 6 months and am still in love with the place. Mimi is the best and so nice. Unfortunately they are understaffed but it is worth the wait. THEY TAKE THEIR time to make sure your nails are done to perfection. I was afraid of a gel main since my experience with my previous salon in SFV. They would sand the nail down thinner in order to do the gel. However this salon does not do that, they only use the sander to remove a small portion of the gel and use the acetone and after a few min it comes right off. I love that they do so well with their job and are careful.

Looking for a place to treat the bride-​to-​be, I contacted this place asking for simple input on prices since the prices were not found online. Upon calling, I was greeted by a woman who was simple despicable. Very rudely, the woman would not listen to me as I asked for prices. I have never been so frustrated and bothered at the same time. I would rather have my baby brother give me a bad mani-​pedi with love compared to letting this «professional» woman touch my hands with her nasty attitude. Good grief.

Came here to get a pedi & full set after work. What was supposed to be a 45 minute to an hour relaxation ended up being a 4 hour process. Only 3 workers. And only 1 of them do full sets. Even though it was a long long loong wait my pedi & gel full set came out to perfection. I’m just glad I grabbed something to eat before coming here. I’ll def come back. I just hope I don’t have to wait 4 hours again.

Dude they just take 2 hour and no one help me or said hi. Worse place ever !!! Don’t go here to waste your time.

Love, love, love, love, love this place!!! They do such a superb job. I have been to so many nail places all over orange county and over the years still haven’t found any place to my liking. When my sister told me about this place a while back I was so hesitant on coming because it was an hour drive away from where I live. But last month I was in the area and decided to come in to get a French tip gel set for my hands. Mai suggested I get cappuccino underneath and French tip on top. It was just absolutely gorgeous!!! I wish I had a picture of it. I came back a second time and got lavender full set gel hands and toes. They did an excellent job. Quick. And flawless. I will definitely come back in two weeks before Berlin to get them done again. Finally found a spot that is worth paying for. So happy to be a satisfied customer of a nail shop finally :)

I seriously like this place maybe today I just had a bad experience. Today I went in for a fill and the person sitting behind mimi has been my go to person point is he drilled my nails to the point that he burned my finger nails with his machine :(he chipped my nail from the side as a result although my nails look so nice I don’t think I’m going back

It was my first time here and I really liked the work. Defenitely coming back. Usually I’m picky about where I go but this place is going to be one of my faves now. Not that bigg but the work is amaziiiing!

For years I went to different nail salons to find some place affordable that did a great job. After coming here a few years ago with a friend, I’ve never stopped coming back! Mimi is always so friendly and meticulous, which I love.
I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails and she always does gel nails perfectly. I come here for a gel manicure, a spa pedicure, and an eyebrow waxing and always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Their prices are the best I’ve seen compared to 99% of the other nail salons I’ve been to. Mimi and her guys will always make you happy :)

I’m very picky about where I get my nails done and I just have to say that Mimi is the best. Ever since I found this nail shop I don’t go anywhere else. She does an amazing job every time. Highly recommended!

Very poor service. Quality of service is HORRIBLE. Mimi is very rude and rushes her work. Doesn’t like to be corrected or asked questions. She hits your feett when she wants you to move them. The spa experience was nonexistent. They dont put anything in their water or even turn on the chair for you. The salon itself is ugly and in poor condition. I walked out and wouldn’t allow them to service me any further!
I made an appt. With sam a week in advance based on reviews and they wouldnt honor my appt with the person I wanted.

One of my nails were broken and one of the guys help me do a fill, color changed and made it shorter. Everything was a mess and they did a get job by fixing my nails. I was definitely go back again. Great Job!!!

I keep coming back I love how they always take time with my pedicure and make sure my feet leave crust free lol seriously it’s like getting cosmetic surgery

Just got my nails done for the first time and so happy I came here. Henry did my gel manicure and took his time to make it look great! He was super friendly and better at doing nails than most female technicians. Sam did my pedicure and really paid very close attention to detail while taking his time. They both were amazing and I am very greatful for that. Prices are fair and I will DEFINITELY be returning. :)

I’ve been debating this review for a while now. In a way, I want to keep Mimi a secret from the rest of you. But I decided to stop being selfish and tell you how great her work is. I’ve gotten gel manicures in several locations (both cheap and pricey nail salons) and they would usually last about a week before chipping and cracking. I was starting to believe that I just had shitty nail beds that couldn’t hold gel (or regular polish for that matter). and then I stumbled across exotic nails and decided to try a new shop. When I got there Mimi decided to take me even though it was late and her hands were ridiculously exhausted from continuous manicures all week (nye week). I got both a pedi and gel mani the pedi lasted over a month and my gel manicure lasted a whole 3 weeks! I do have weird nail beds but Mimi took her time with my nails and perfected my tiny nails.
Some words of advice
Mimi is the only manicurist on staff and she has a lot of clients so be prepared to wait. Believe me, it’s worth the wait.
