Happy Mailbox

Waited a long time. Never got acknowledged so I left and took my business else where. Never trying them again even though I work very close to this location. Pure garbage. What ever happened to customer service. Maybe there is a app that this place could use to learn customer service since everyone was fixated on their cell phones. There was an Asian man who might be the owner or manager and his tone of voice needs to be checked.

Worst experience ever if I could give then no stars I would, I came here because I needed to do a fed ex drop off for some books my husband had rented online. The older Asian guy was very rude. He got upset because I didn’t tape the boxes. I also had to drive back to this place because he didnt provide me with tracking information. He tryed to make me look dumb. First of all if I’m a first time client that is not the way to treat your customers. I’m sure all the great reviews are for there employees because this man had a sour attitude, he ruined my day and my time. I’m a business owner myself and would never disrespect a person like this.

I was in need of a Mailbox in this area. One of my friends recommended this store. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcome and comfortable. I asked about the prices and they gave me all the information right away! Also, they give a physical address, not PO box, which means you can receive packages from FedEx and such, unlike a PO box.
So I rented a mailbox for a year with very reasonable price. This place is a one-​stop place you can print, make copies, send faxes and get many other services.

I sent a fax to Mexico just yesterday and it went through, now from Mexico they were trying to send me a fax to this dam place and the whole time they kept saying they weren’t receiving anything.
They first gave me one number, then they gave me a second, and then a third. What the hell. It’s not possible that 3 fax numbers are not working. It was the same number that I had sent it to yesterday. I tried it at a different place and it went through right away.
Waste of time here

Needed to get a document notarized and found this location on Unilocal on my way back home to Orange County. I was assisted by Insun he was fast and friendly and was available (a few other locations I visited before finding this one… listed closing hours of 6 pm however their notary person wasn’t available). $ 10.00 per signature for notary

This place NOW CHARGES a dollar for you to drop off a UPS package with a per paid label. CHEESY CHEAP AND DISGUISTING FOR A DOLLAR!
UPS stops there to pick up all their package and now this business wants to make an extra DOLLAR out of your pocket.

Since we disconnected our landline I no longer have access to a fax machine. When I had to fax some documents in a hurry I wanted to find somewhere reliable and would not charge me an arm and a leg. Thanks to Unilocal I was able to find that Happy Mailbox was the cheapest around.
So I headed over and was assisted by a friendly girl (I didn’t catch her name). She made sure my fax was sent and even asked for my email to send me an email confirmation. The fax was one dollar a page, which saved me some cash.
Happy Mailbox offers many other services besides fax, including office supplies, copying, shipping, notary, fingerprinting, and p.o. boxes. They are conveniently located on the corner of Paramount Blvd. & Somerset Blvd. with a small parking lot for the small strip mall.
If I am in need of the above services I will definitely come back to Happy Mailbox.

Happy Mailbox is the go to place for anything you need. They offer shipping supplies, copying services, office supplies, p. o boxes, and even internet rental. I came here for live scan services and got taken care of right away with no wait. I highly recommend coming here!

Happy Mailbox is THE one stop shop for those looking to ship off their packages using various shippers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service. Right on the corner of Paramount Bl. and Somerset Bl. across the street from Doublz. Unless you are driving down Somerset Bl. towards Paramount Bl. getting in can be a bit tricky, especially due to the limited parking in the private lot, but there is parking on the street. Happy Mailbox also provides, live scanning, notary public, fingerprint, passport photo, computer/​internet access, mailbox rental, fax and copying all in one convenient location. They also ship domestic and international. Good for those in a rush or that need to get things accomplished in a short period of time. They also have boxes and provide tape if you need it. (FYI they do charge if you need some tape to secure your package unlike the Post Office.) Open everyday except for Sunday.

If you have trouble getting your fingerprints done COME HERE. They will take the time to make sure your fingerprints go through and actually explain how the process works. I previously had gone to a UPS store in Downey and the girl working there barely acknowledged any of my questions and just tried to get me out with a quickness. This place made me feel like they cared and I can say with happiness that my fingerprints all passed and I received my license immediately! No other place has been able to achieve that result so I am recommending everyone I know to come here!

Impressed by the Unilocal reviews, I called them the other day and asked about renting a mailbox. The young man who answered my call quoted the $ 96 special (on a 12-​month rental). «Do I have to pre-​pay through Unilocal,» asked I. «No, you can just come down and pay here in person,» the fellow replied. Two days later, I drove to their store. An older Asian man behind the counter refused to honor the $ 96 price. «No, it is $ 120 for one year.»
The place does look clean and orderly. But besides the «fluctuating» price, the problem with their mailbox business is that they do not offer 24-​hour access. This means that you will have to come during the business hours (and on Saturday before 3 PM) if you want to pick up your mail. Not really convenient. You may as well pay 40 bucks more and go with one of the «chains.»

Needed Notary services quickly and they did it quickly and efficiently. William was very helpful and had great knowledge on the items I got notarized.

I come in here all the time and Mario is the best!!! Great customet service! They always find the least expensive way for me to ship my items. I come here to send out my college rental books all the time. I highly recommend coming here! :-)

This place is a fraud. And they are rude. They claim that The UPS Store works for them now, which is wrong, and that it’s shut down. They operate under a false UPS account. A report will be made to UPS.
I do not recommend this place. Very rude employees, and customer service, selfish attitudes, and make up lies. Will never go here!

I waited too long to write this but promised I would. I decided to save myself a two block drive and chose this place over the United States Postal Service. A BOLD MOVE! But I only chose it because it have 18 reviews and mostly 5 stars. IMPRESSIVE! So I told the guy I think his name is either Mario or Donnie… (sorry! Again, waited too long to write this, but the name was DEFINITELY «Mario»… but also could have been «Donnie»…) but I told him that I just needed to mail a letter. And instead of charging my card [I don’t carry cash] the $ 0.35 debit card fee on top of the $ 0.50 it cost to send, he waived the cost and told me to just give another great review on Unilocal.Super nice people, I’m sad I can’t remember his name.
Needless to say, I will NOT be making that extra two block drive to the post office anymore. MUH EFFIN WIN!
