I am calling out everyone who has gotten ripped off of this guy Named Carlos Romero, owner of Home Improvement Experts. I am currently setting up a law suite because he thinks he is untouchable and that where are ‘we’ (the customers) going to sue him and get money from if he doesn’t have any. Which is BS because he took all my money stating he couldn’t start my cabinets until I pay him off, since January 2015 and it is currently April 22 he has not finished my cabinets and keeps giving me excuses blaming his workers. He sent one of his workers today and brought the wrong piece of Granite (which if it wasn’t for his caring employee, my cabinets will still look incomplete).
I know he is a sweet talker stating that he does good work and that he will finish in a given time, he will bring you the stars and the moon but he doesn’t.
Please I know there is A LOT of customers that have gotten ripped off and I am turning to social media to please contact me if you’ve had a problem with him or are currently having issues with him. I am setting up a law suite and I know he may or may not see this message but I want him to know that it is not okay to mess with good customers and bring him to justice and either teach him a lesson or maybe it’s time for him to change his career.
