I spoke with this attorney regarding my case and without listening to the specific nature of the disabilities that I suffer from and the complex situations surrounding them which are causing me to file for SSDI he insisted on being rude and insulting. To elaborate, during our conversation I tried to supply him with information that I have several physicians who have given me current letters that state the both of my disabilities are permanent and completely debilitating: I had a portion of my arm severed with a plate that holds it together and I had my skull fractured in 5 places (I was injured during my service in the USMC). Instead of listening to me, he insisted on attempting to lecture me about how I should have filed before I took another job with the disability. If he would have stopped being on his high horse, I could have elaborated further and explained to him that people with injuries need food to eat and can sometimes work even with severe pain, out of the aforementioned need. Now, because of this job that I needed to have to, you know, have food and a place to live because the Veterans Administration hadn’t paid me the money they owed me for my disability yet on their part, I now have a current doctors evaluation that states for the rest of my life I can no longer lift more than 5 Lbs with my left arm and cant rotate it past 15 degrees. Maybe if this non professional would have listened he would have a client with a case he could have easily won. Now all he has is a review that will be read by potential clients that shows him for the rude and unprofessional person that he is.

He answer right away when I called and we spent 20 mins speaking with him. He was knowledgeable and fair and sympathetic. I say that because he told us what we needed to hear and not what we wanted to hear. He didn’t sugar coat the problem. I was very impressed with his reasoning and listening skills.
