Nice Nails

I really like this place when it come to going to get my nails done. Very friendly and nice. They do a GREAT job on my nails. LOVE IT !!!

This place was suspiciously empty, except for 2 ladies, when I arrived. That should have been my first clue. The nail technicians who were there I didn’t recognize. Second clue. There were 3 technicians and 3 customers including myself. I wanted a pedicure (which has always been amazing here) and a fill on my acrylics (first time here). My feet soaked about 15 minutes but the water was borderline cold. The massage chair however was very relaxing. One of the nail technicians, instead of starting my pedicure wanted to do my acrylic nails while sitting on the vibrating chair of my pedicure. What?!
She cut my acrylics down to the length I wanted and started shaving them down with the rounded tip tool. Omg. It hurt guys. She had a rough manner and I told her to stop. Repeatedly and I said no. I want my pedicure first. My pinky was cut on the nail bed and several of my cuticles were achy. I changed my mind and told them I didn’t want acrylics anymore. Some suspicious foreign language ensued and they tried to convince me but nope. No acrylics.
The pedicure had some good points and some bad point. Detailed bellow:
— feet were allowed to soak at least 15 min
— removed all the icky dead skin from nails
— used rounded tip on machine to remove top layer of toe nails (way cool)
— $ 12 for pedicure
Bad:
— no soap to soak feet in
— borderline cold water
— nail technician wasn’t professional about pedicure, felt a bit uncomfortable
This wasn’t a horrible experience but I’ve definitely experienced better service and attention.

This is such a wonderful nail shop. Great staff who will always greet you with a smile. Vinn, Vy, Tom and the rest of staff are highly professionals. Just the quality of their work is absolutely the best
