Prince Charming Cakes

Based on the highly recommendations from fam members I decided to go with prince charming cakes. I also went ahead and started following her on Instagram. I loved all her work that she would post, all comments were from satisfied customers.
I got her number and texted her a few months before my event. She was polite and said she can do my cake I requested. I gave her a deposit and went from there. The last week’s before my event I texted her asking what time will my cake be delivered there was no response after a couple of days later. On day of my party she texted she will arrive promptly at the time a requested.
Once I seen the cake it was just like I expected looked beautiful! However… I thought it was small and sadly it was the worse cake I’ve ever tasted. My guest said the same! They took a few bites and tossed it. My mother said next time stick with king hawaiian! I will not be ordering from this cater again not for my kind of taste. I gave three stars just because how the cake looked on the outside.

I had a cake made by Prince Charming this past weekend. Besides getting the worst customer service (took days to answer text, never answers calls), the cake was not made as requested and agreed upon. she changed the design, colors, without any notification. She wouldn’t go back to the venue to fix it. My family was so embarrassed they didn’t even get this cake photographed! I was hoping the taste would make up for it, unfortunately it wasn’t. Plus she adds hidden fees for payments! The guest only took one bite and left the cake! I hope this review helps others. Only reason it gets 1 star is bc it’s required to put a rating.

I’ve gotten 2 separate cakes from Prince Charming cakes and I’ve also tried a bunch of the desserts she makes. She’s very professional, her work is beautiful, and it is delicious. Would highly recommend Prince Charming Cakes to anyone!
