Let me start by saying this is a newer store. Newer stores carry different stock and are usually have a different traffic pattern than older stores. They are rearranged their shelving to mimic an older store and it is tough going. The frangrance at the front door is strong enough to slap you. My real concern is customer service. I asked for clarification in the frame section. The associate didn’t know and sent my to customer service. I walked back to the front of the store got me answer and asked if it was customary to have the customer walk from the back to the front and to the back again for help. I was told the associate didn’t know the answer so had me talk to customer service. Great, but you don’t have an intercom system? Yes. You don’t use the system in these cicumstances? Blank stare. So, due to increasingly edgey associates, increasingly poor services, amd migraine inducing smells I will be staying away.
