Have to tell you, when charging over $ 13 for a movie ticket, everything needs to be on point. Sadly, at AMC, it’s not even close. Parking pretty much sucks. If you’re lucky enough to get a close spot, chances are it’s on a Sunday. Otherwise you’re competing with mall and Grand Luxe customers for every space. Availability is also limited to begin with because of the huge swath of parking real estate consumed by the valet spots that no one ever uses. Once inside, pray you’re not hungry because getting that $ 6.00 Diet Coke or $ 12.00 popcorn is going to take some effort and a whole lot of patience. They always seem short handed at the concession stand which is absurd considering it’s a frigging gold mine. Lines are tediously long as well as slow. And, talking about time wasting, don’t even think about trying to use the bathroom after your movie is over or after ANY movie is over for that matter. You see, in addition to there not being nearly enough bathrooms, at any given time many of the toilets are broken indicated by a duct taped black plastic bag. I think that management needs to realize a few things here. People who go to movies are under time constraints. This is not a leisurely activity like going out to dinner. Waiting in line for absurdly expensive popcorn or being the 25th person in line to take a leak can mean that you may miss a chunk of your ridiculously expensive movie. It’s also a pain in the ass. On a positive note, the theaters are spacious and seating is comfortable and tiered enough so that unless you’re sitting behind someone in an Abraham Lincoln hat or who has a gigantic Afro, you’ll have a pretty much unobstructed view of the screen. Oh and also worth mentioning is that the LED signs outside the movie theaters themselves no longer say the name of the movie, I suspect in an effort to keep people from attending multiple shows so you’re damn well better remember your theater number. All in all, I can’t really recommend this place. Sad, because it’s literally a 3 minute drive from my house. Going to a movie shouldn’t be frustrating or tedious. It should be relaxing. And friends, if you’re looking to relax, pass them up completely and head to Starplex in Ridgefield. Lower prices, shorter lines, better parking and power recliners in every theater. Sorry AMC, you guys kind of suck.

I frequent this movie theatre pretty often. Yesterday I decided to buy my tickets through the app and no one knew how to access the barcode. I had to walk over to customer service. Other than that, this theatre is cool. Pretty clean and comfy seats

This AMC movie theatre has decent service. However, when coming to the theatre and watching the film«Insurgent,» I noticed a few things… One, parking is a hassle. However, that might be a mall issue. Second is the seats. They’re dirty. Awfully dirty. My family decided to sit in the back. The seat I had had nacho cheese stains on it. However, the seats are comfortable, and they rock. Overall, a half decent theatre. Your best bet though is to beat the traffic and find another theatre
