Annie Sez is a hit or miss kind of store. Recently the line has included more«teen» Mandees clothing, from the traditional discount designer. It is a discount store in a very busy strip mall, so you need to consider that when shopping here. I do like the store and usually find something I can use. Agreed the lines are always slow. I know I will wait to check out. Floor help is also hard to find at this location. The Edgewater store is much better on customer service and selection of designer items.

To be perfectly honest, I have found some pretty nice dressy pieces as well as casual stuff at good prices here over the years. Like any discount store, the inventory can be a hit or a miss. Customer Service isn’t the most efficient at times.

I visited this location today and found it lacking. The look of the store was very cluttered and dirty. I was ready to purchase my items and was waiting on line with 4 other patrons. Ahead of me we two customers at the register with some issues. I was waiting for awhile and decided to look for floor staff to inquire about additional cashiers. I found Cynthia who told it was just her, the manager and another cashier working in the store and that she was helping a customer(said with attitude). I said ok and went back in line to inform the others behind me. When completing my transaction with the other cashier, Cynthia who was at checkout at the time said to my cashier«remind me to tell you about her» my cashier said her who and she referenced me. I did not appreciate that but was not in the mood to make further comment. Maybe Cynthia should not be in retail if she does not know its rude to talk about or reference to customers while they are still present in the store.
