I love coming to this store, it is always clean and well organized and the customer service here is excellent.
I had ordered a necklace online for my mom for mothers day and it did not come gift wrapped even though I had requested it. I called the store explaining my situation and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and told me to come down anytime and she would provide me with the gift wrapping. I walked in around 5:30 PM and waited about 10 mins before another customer was finished. My sales rep was extremely kind and helped me find two more charms I was looking for my boyfriends mother. She gift wrapped both for me and had me in and on my way. I will always come back to this store based off of customer service alone.
PS– the complimentary chocolate chip cookies are greatly appreciated!

Great selection of gift items for any special lady in your life.
I was here the other day to purchase a bracelet for my mom. It was to be a birthday gift for her. I was assisted with my purchase by three associates. They weren’t pushy at all, just concerned that I wasn’t buying something that she already had.
The bracelet I did purchase ended up being one my mom had had her eye on for some time. Ironically, it was one that wasn’t suggested, but caught my eye in passing.
I’ll be back for the matching set of earrings.
Christmas is around the corner…
