I was a huge fan of Denny’s and made frequent trips out there from Manhattan, spending lots of money in the store. Recently I purchased a $ 14 tank top for my daughter which we discovered had a big rip on the back when we got it home. I drove back to Denny’s a week later to exchange it, and not only did they refuse to take it back, but they actually intimated that *we* ripped it. I even called the main customer service number and never got a return phone call. I will never shop in Denny’s again. Truly disgraceful.
