Dunkin’ Donuts

For the past 10 years, this Dunkin Donuts has been my morning stop Monday through Friday. I get the same order every time, XL coconut skim and 1 splenda and a toasted everything bagel with nothing on it. That has been my order for years. Well today, I walk in, usual cast of characters behind the counter, and I give my order to the gentleman, and he promptly makes me my coffee. I then move down the counter, to the area where I pick up the bagel, and I stand and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait so more. 5 minutes later, the girl with the nose ring, tattoo and purple streaks in her hair, comes up and asked what I ordered? 5 minutes to ask what I ordered? I politely answer my usual everything bagel, toasted, with nothing on it. She gets me my bagel, but it is not toasted and has an inch of cream cheese on it. Looks like I will be going to the dunkin in Ramsey right by lake street now. Because of your incompetence, you lost a life long loyal customer.

My friend (huge DD fan) loves their coffee here. It just tastes better than other locations. They have never gotten the order wrong. Shares parking but there are always spots.

Never had any problems this Dunkin’ Donuts this one is the one with the ice cream also which is always great!

Open late and on Sundays?! A double whammy in a county that still upholds blue laws!

Good Dunkin Donuts location. Only problem I have is that I go late night (around 10:30 pm) and there is a group of «20 something’s» that hang out there every night. I don’t have a problem that they hang out there. My problem is that they take up all the parking spots in front, that make it impossible to just go in quick to grab a donut and coffee!

Quickest Dunkin Donuts around and the staff is very friendly. They get me going when I have to go to work. I’m thankful to have a DD on the way to work because the coffee in my office is dreadful.

Great location and open 24 hours. Has everything any dunkin has and the staff at night are always friendly. Need a late night stop this is the place to go. Clean bathrooms too.

didnt appreciate the lady who didnt speak english, get mad because my coffee was given to me with 2″ to go to get full and I asked for more… I have enough stress dont need it from the angry and unmotivated counter person… just fill the damn cup up

Great DD. But terrible access off rt 17 N and terrible parking. Front and back entrance for this place. Trust me, go to the back.
Service fast but its a busy location so you may wait a moment.

What’s your problem lady?
So I placed an order for 2 iced decaf coffees, light and sweet.
She fills 2 hot cups of decaf up. I said excuse me, I ordered ice coffee… Ready for this?
She says: «No… You no say that to me. «
I said: «I’m sorry, maybe I said it fast and you didn’t hear me, but I said it.»
With a nasty look on her face… She says: «You no tell me. It’s okay, I delete (from register) and give other coffee.»
Look, people make mistakes… Whether you want to admit it or not, it’s not a big deal. No need to act like a bastard!
Overall: I was annoyed with how rude and defensive the Spanish woman acted. Other than that, «light and sweet» tasted like «extra sweet» to me. There had to be a good inch or two of sugar on the bottle of the cups.

Most accurate Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The line moves fast and the staff is super friendly!

Love this place! Very friendly staff and they always have my drink waiting for me. Can get busy at times but they handle the flow well!
