I had previously used G. Fried to clean my rugs. I had an estimate for my tile floors to be cleaned. I was given an estimate and after telling the company that they sent me a discount card, the estimate was increased by the same percentage I was told I could take off from the promotional card. I am not sure why they would send me a card and then not use it. Further, the woman that answers the phone didn’t even give me the right estimate, she increased it by one hundred dollars and then added 30% to that total. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. There are plenty of reputable carpet/hardwood floor cleaners in Bergen County for me to even bother with G. Fried.
