Food is delicious enough to make a trip from Essex county. My dissapointment is that I dont eat pork. For years I have come here for the Swedish meatballs, which I assumed was beef. Texture, taste and smell like beef. My daughter bought the frozen ones to take home. Thats when she saw that it is beef and pork. I almost got sick when i heard that. Dissapointed. The veggie balls are good, but I miss the swedish ones.

Love, love, love IKEA! Finally got to try their restaurant, and of course ordered the Swedish meatballs. Delicious! The lingonberry sauce was sooooo good. The restaurant was very clean, the people that work there were all very friendly. Plus, you can’t beat the price. Can’t wait to go back!

Good value breakfast plate priced at 1 buck — with breakfast sausage, potato and scrambled egg, and coffee can be added for an extra 75 cents. IKEA restaurant is always my first priory when looking for small accessories inside the furniture store.

First timer here and I am blown away. At first I didn’t know what to really do but once I got into it I was gone. Breakfast was only 99¢ n it was a good portion. The displays look like the real thing. I found myself asking if I could just live here. The baby service area is amazing. Private I case u breast feed or need to change the baby. Very clean all over the store. THEMEATBALLSAREGREAT!!! I loved every part of this store

Yea! IKEA for finally creating an adults-only high top section, bonus points for being near the food and drink station to reduce chances of spilling coffee on running children. Great way to try IKEA food and drinks, IKEA Family members get free coffee!(75 cents otherwise, where else would you get that? And it’s good!)

This IKEA was a long time coming. For years the space was empty. Then there were rumors. Then there was some activity. And then it seemed overnight, the building was up. And open. It’s probably not true, but this location felt slightly smaller than others. Could be its just more compactly organized. Not sure. But the parking is tough, as is often the case at IKEA. Coming here is an adventure. Especially if you take your time in the kitchen supplies and household goods area. They just have cool stuff. Most of which you probably don’t need. But it looks good there. So come with a list. Stick to the list. And you won’t find yourself with lots of other things when you get home. Reasonable prices.

Every once in a while I have a craving for IKEA Swedish meatballs. This restaurant is a cafeteria located inside of the IKEA store. You grab a tray, get on line, and you are served cafeteria style(with an iced cream scoop for your mashed potatoes). I haven’t really tried many of the food options here. I mostly get the Swedish meatballs entrée, which comes with mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce. I think I’ve tried the fries a long time ago. I mean the food is decent. I’m not sure if the price is going up on this dish or its that you have catch it at the right time, when they are having one of their many specials. But, I’ve paid varying amounts for this dish, ranging from like $ 4.99 to $ 7.99. If you can catch it for like $ 4.99, this meal is a steal. Its much better for you than fast food, I’d imagine, and it tastes pretty good every once in a while.

Not too bad for a cafeteria type restaurant in a store. Prices are pretty cheap and you can feed a family of 4 for about 32 bucks… Tip: buy your drinks at the store before you come upstairs… They are cheaper and you can refill them up at the restaurant…

Love the price. 1) The Swedish meatballs with mashed potato and jelly is awesome! 2) The price is beyond affordable. 3) I also like the Swedish drinks they have.

Came here with my mom after shopping on a tuesday afternoon. I got the swedish meatball combo which came with potatoess and she got the salmon and the dill sauce. we shared so this way we didn’t have to decide, haha. well that food was delicious and cheap. its well worth the price you pay. the woman at the register was friendly as well as the woman behind the counter who gave us our food to take. honestly if I lived closer, I would probably come here for lunch or dinner some days. im sure people do that all the time(I saw a family come in while i was eating and it looked like they did just that!)

This place is very kids-friendly. Which also means it’s very loud during lunch and dinner times. If you want a relatively uncrowded, quiet meal, I recommend you to sit far away from the playground area. Food is very very mediocre. Sure there’s a big hype about their Swedish meatballs and cheap prices. But let’s be real… The quality of the food is as low as the prices. If you take out the ikea name, it is a very poor school lunch meal that has been pre-made who knows where. I recommend you to go to ikea to buy furniture. Not eat food.

Came here with the family on Monday and realized that breakfast was free on Mondays… we had their breakfast which was ok. The free breakfast comes with scrambled eggs, 2 link sausages and fried potatoes. Their coffee is complimentary if you join ikea free membership. Overall, it’s ok because it’s free. If I had to pay, that’s a different story. The furniture is cheap but you get what you pay. Idk why people expect high quality when they are paying not high quality prices. Be real people! IKEA does carry a variety of furniture pieces for your home. This location specifically is much better than others I’ve been to. They are more organized and clean.

Worst parking set up ever. I know i am not the only one who agrees on this – ive seen various people try to figure out where their car is. Its also a bit of a maze in here too.

Ehh. Their food is a lot like their furniture: its cheap, and it looks good… from far away. Then up close you realize you get what you pay for, and in this case it’s cafeteria quality food. Last time I went, I was STARVING. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a vegetarian wrap available. So I got that as well as a side salad from the salad bar. Despite the fact that the lettuce tasted like plastic, the side salad was actually the savior. Usually when I’m famished, ANYTHING will taste good to me, but I couldn’t eat more than half the wrap because it had such a weird flavor. The wrap itself was hard, and there was practically frost bite on the vegetables they were so frozen. My feeble attempt to improve it by squirting on some salad dressing only made it more gross. Bleh. On the bright side, the atmosphere is nice. Big floor to ceiling windows and cool furniture. Also, did I mention it’s cheap? And I gotta give them kudos for having a vegetarian option. Too bad it sucked. Sorry, IKEA, but I’ll stick to just buying your furniture from now on… thankfully, I can afford higher quality food.

Take a trip back to college at this cafeteria-style restaurant. French fries are good, but I got the chicken dinner(with vegetables and mashed potatoes) for a whopping $ 3.99! What a deal for such quality food. Also, get the $ 1 cinnamon buns. You won’t regret it!

Become an ikea ‘family’ member(loyalty card) to get some special deals. Free coffee or tea. IKEA restaurant is affordable and has good food. It’s a laid back environment, cafeteria style.

I know I know who eats at Ikea and you know what, this girl! My first encounter with Ikea meatballs was at the Brooklyn location and it was delicious. Being on a budget, if you would like to save some money and fill that belly, IKEA is your place. $ 4.99 for a plate of meatballs, I want to say around 15, mashed potatoes with gravy and lingonberry sauce. There’s other options such as salads, soups, ribs, chicken fingers, and wraps. All affordable and a great place to eat before shopping at Ikea or not. I definitely feel like I would return just to have their meatballs again…
