WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Unfortunately I HAD to give one star, but I would give none if I could. Was not greeted or offered any help. And they have the worst attitudes! Ridiculous. I will go back to shopping at Rockaway Mall where they were nicer to me.

I recently patronized the Kiko makeup store in GSP/​Westfield Mall, and I would like to share my experience in hopes that you will consider shopping there as well. First, the store is beautifully merchandised, and well lit. Second, the staff is friendly and approachable. Third, they made my daughter and her friends Christmas shopping mission a success, the staff pointed out affordable gift sets, and took these 13 year olds seriously. I would also like to mention that I had sent the two girls into the store without supervision, while I waited outside; when I finally joined them I was presently surprised by how happy the girls were with the way they were treated, and their purchases. I personally found the makeup selection to be stylish, but not to young that I couldn’t wear it. I purchased eye serum, and plan on returning to pick up a few gifts for family and friends.

If you’ve read my reviews at Unilocal,I rarely give out five stars, but Kiko is definitely a store that deserves it all. Kiko is an amazing company that touched Garden State recently. As soon as it opened it was booming for business. The customer service that I’ve received in that store was absolutely phenomenal. The environment in Kiko is welcoming and most importantly clean. The entire staff was super nice. They all looked amazing by the way they dressed from head to toe, especially their make up. Each time I go into the store their makeup is a look that I would definitely ask for. I set up an appointment to get my make up done with a certain associate by the name of Yantil Lora. This young lady made me look absolutely stunning. She took her time doing my makeup and made sure to ask the right questions so that I could leave the store looking exactly as I wanted to. She was extremely gentle on my face and asked if I was allergic to anything just in case the products she was using would not affect my face. That right there had me sold because it shows that this company cares about me. I love the entire staff and I would definitely recommend any lady to get their makeup done at Kiko. Simply amazing.
