The footage was pretty good, but it took almost a year to get our final footage even with calling them all the time. That left me a little sour. When we did get the final it had a black 30 second section during the time where my wife was walking down the aisle. This was fixed but after all that time I was not that happy.
Overall the expereince was pretty good. They were able to work with me on price and the videographer was professional. Definetly a pricey service, but I expected better service after the event.
