Undeserving of even 1 star. DONOTGOHERE! I brought my 6 couch cushions here to be re-stuffed. After being quoted almost $ 25 a cushion, I thought it seemed high, but I assumed it must be better quality stuffing. Well, I was wrong. I got my cushions home and sat down. They were all different thicknesses. Not only that, but when I opened them up they didn’t even use the linen bags that came with the couch. When I called and asked why he didn’t use the linen bags he very rudely said«Well how would I know, you never told me to use them.» I kind of assumed it was common sense! It was also pretty clear the stuffing was nothing more special than a piece of foam and some crappy fabric that doesn’t cost more than $ 2. To make things even more frustrating, after further investigating into some of the over-stuffed cushions, I realized they used the old stuffing that was in the cushions originally, and just wrapped fabric around it! Really? You’re going to charge me an unbelievable price of $ 25 a cushion to then just use the same old stuffing! Never will I make this mistake again. Next time I’m just going to Jo-Anns and doing it myself.

Needed fabric to make curtains and got exactly what we wanted. Large selection and decent prices but the staff there is not friendly at all. The old guy has the personality of a doorknob.

Went there last night after calling the day before. I needed a bolt of material to cover office cubicle panels. Being a Thursday night, they weren’t crowded. They were very helpful and not pushy. I was offered three choices, picked the middle-priced one, very happy. Great selection, will use them again!

An old, mean rude man«works» there. Avoid him at all costs or he will ruin your day! Otherwise, it is well stocked but you’d be better off with Zarin Fabric in NYC.
