I have a 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I lease. I like the style of the vehicle however I have too many issues with the vehicle The service tried to BS me from Day 1 with the issues I have with the car… The service people are not knowledgable at all. I took the car in two weeks ago for the smart key can’t be found, transmission fault issues, and they never reset my service engine light from the 1st service. I have had the car for for 2 years and now they are trying to sock me with Rear Brakes and Rotors with less than 15,000 miles are you kidding me. The day after I picked up the car The Service Engine Light is back on, and 3 times I actually got stuck with the car(and children in the car) due to the key issue, and at one point my side mirrors would not open(dangerous), yesterday my transmission fault light came back on. I have complained but no one cares and they think I live around the corner and just bring the car back as far as I am concerned they should come and pick up the piece of crap from driveway!!! I have owned many high end cars and never had these kind of problems! I will never lease or own another Range Rover ever Tracy S

I love my Jaguar, however, it was not my love for the car that brought me to Prestige Jaguar for the first time, nor was it what lead me to return for my second Jaguar. What motivated me to give my business to Prestige Jaguar was their commitment to customer service, with respect to their clients, and above all the staff at Prestige Jaguar. I have been very blessed, I have had some great cars, from Lincoln to Lexus and many names in between, and I can tell you, I have never worked with a better, more committed and professional group, than the folks at Prestige Jaguar. Simply put, from the my sales person, Mike Cantalupo, to service and everyone in between, they treat each customer, as if they owned the dealership. I take my hat off to the management team at Prestige Jaguar, as they have built an amazing team of highly motivated professionals.

I recently visited Prestige to consider a new purchase. I had a wonderful experience starting from how I was greeted at the entrance up to and including the day I picked up my new F7. In a climate where so many companies preach customer service, very few can actually produce it. I would like to congratulate you and your team at Prestige on providing excellent customer service, knowledge of your product and attention to detail. All of which resulted in my purchase of a new luxury vehicle. When someone is considering a substantial expenditure they have an expectation of being treated in a special way. I thank you for making me feel special and valued as a customer. The General Sales Manager Bill Gonyea makes it almost impossible to imagine purchasing a car from anywhere else. Ask for him you won’t be disappointed!
