20 minutes looking at paint in an empty store with two clerks just leaning on the country never asking if I want or need help leads me to believe that I have been right all these years by only shopping st Benjamin Moore stores.

Wait, there’s a store that sells only paint?! I thought only Lowe’s and Home Depot did that! Nevertheless… I walked in and was greeted by an employee that asked me what I needed. He was very helpful. We’re having the house repainted a new color and have to start from the ground up. The contractor we’re using only uses Sherwin-Williams or another major brand. I read reviews on Sherwin-Williams and figured I would go with them. They definitely have a lot of color options and the gentleman that helped me out was very knowledgeable.

NOT your average paint store.(obvious reference to previous review) The woman that helped us was very knowledgeable and spotted the color we needed when we brought in a sample. We had a difficult issue, we needed to cover some cracks on our wall. Bad news was that we didn’t have the original paint. Luckily, our SW helper was even better than the machine they use to scan color samples and match paints. A small bucket of Convivial Yellow and some feathering, and our walls feel whole again. Thanks again for all the advice and help! P.S. They have other hardware related stuff: Tape, Masks, coveralls, wood stain and more.

Just your average paint store. Prices are a bit lower than at Home Depot but not by much. Not worth the drive if you live closer to a Home Depot or Lowe’s. But you can get into a lot more trouble at Home Depot because of all the other goodies they sell there. Great thing about this store is the selection. It’s much more comprehensive. If that’s your thing…
