I wish I could give less than one star… Horrible service — unwilling to help solve a problem that T-mobile created, bad attitude — I know I should expect that because the employee was working Christmas Eve, but seriously you are in the customer service industry. Ultimately went to another T-Mobile store and got the complete opposite.

I went to this store last Monday to initiate a family plan that t-mobile has been advertising where each phone gets unlimited text, calls and 1GB of data. For a family of 5 this would be $ 110. Unfortunately for me there was a character in the store who decided I would not buy the plan and started telling me that this plan is only for basic phones, not for smart phones because smart phones consume data very fast. I tried to tell him that 1GB per line on a smart phone is OK for me but he would insist he would not sell it to me because the plan is only for«basic phones». I hope that people do not fall for this data trap. With so many Wi-Fi places available one does not need that much data. One GB is decent even if there is no access to Wi-Fi. T-mobile, according to the plan does not even charge you more for data overage, simply makes is slower to get. Unfortunately I did not keep his name but he was a bit on the overweight side. I was disappointed because now that I knew I was dealing with a dishonest person, I did not want any dealings with that store, so decided to leave. Fifteen minutes later my son and I were at the route 4 store in Paramus and had the family plan done in about 30 minutes. My advice to people: Do not waste your time, don’t go to this place.
