I had an ok experience here, granted, I didn’t need much help, which seems to be the where most people have problems. I did ask an employee if they had something in stock, and he was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible service. A whole bunch of uniformed employees walking around but no help whatsoever. They are completely slow and do not have good customer service skills. Go to the one on rt4 better. Sad but true.

Not a bad store. It’s your basic toys r us.
On my most recent visit, I was approached by two different workers asking if I needed help, which I thought was nice. They were also helpful tracking down An item that they didn’t have in stock.
Never encountered any issues here.

Where to start. When you first enter this store you will encounter a beotch by the name of Luz. She just may be the devil incarnate aka assistant manager. This entire place has been in a downward spiral since her arrival in Summer of 07. You will also notice that the once manager Rich who was a pretty cool guy has been replaced by the tub of lard named Brian. Anyway The managers at this store are VERY rude. Not as rude though as the wave of 1000s of soccer moms that trot in and treat the hard workers there like their personal slaves. Go to Rt 46 if you need to go to a Toys R Us. RIP KB’s
