I recently rented a home through Century 21 Parker Harvey and Tonya McMikel-​Cannon. She was absolutely horrible to work with! She rented the home with no working smoke/​CO detectors. It took 4 months of me complaining before she had one installed. She refused to repair a leaking roof during the year I lived in the home. She does not understand tenant rights under Texas law and worst of all tried to make me pay several thousand dollars to cleanup trees damaged by the ice storm in December 2013. I would avoid this office at all costs! There are several awesome realtors in Paris but, this is not one of them! Dont say I didnt warn you!!!
