Like LW said, these are just plain good folks with a work great work ethic. I’ve used the other guys before and I’ve ALWAYS wished I had just called the Paris office and ordered my supplies. They quickly fill your order and ship it immediately. If they don’t have it, they will tell you right then and you don’t have to wait. Really, why deal with someplace that might send you the product you are looking for. Just order from these guys, get your product and get back to doing what you want/​need to do. You will be glad you did.

I have done business with this company for many years. I live in Austin so Paris Texas is the closest store of any of the main bee supply companies around.
Their prices seem to be competitive and they usually will send out what is ordered immediately. That allows them to stand out from many of the other bee supply companies since I have found that some of the others will wait 3 or 4 days to send.
They have a good inventory usually and their online catalog is easy to use and professional. When there has been any issues they are willing to stand behind their products and offer a refund or exchange.
Really this is just a good all around supply company to do business with.
